Usually short staffed Upper staff and management don't know how to communicate well they talk to you any way they want also and don't Like to work with you on anything. Lots of issues with upper staff they think they own you. No matter how hard you work directors will never recognize you for it. Staff are always quitting some dont even make it through training before they stop showing up. She is extremely unhappy with the care that she and other guests are receiving. She keeps saying that it is understaffed, the staff are not trained adequately, the facility is not clean, the food is usually cold and inedible . She was given a "2 minute" shower where she barely got wet before the aide said it was time to go.
My grandmother is very much enjoying the environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and treat her with respect. She enjoys being able to socialize with the other residents and enjoys the planned events and games. She has access to many types of food which she enjoys and the facility is easy for me and other members of my family to access to visit her.

BUT… I KNOW FOR A FACT… that two of our other cna’s are doing it. I’ve reported this to our BOM, PCM, and even the ED. I seriously feel like this is not being taken seriously. Saying they are working 9-11 hours a day when they aren’t. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding.
